Its natural thing that the hair from toupees / Hair patches / wig gradually lost hair according to uses of it. So, no need to throw away the hair loss product we do have service to re fill the hair same color / texture / and density as per the remaining hair. We can give you back the lost hair from the hair toupees / wig/ hair patches same as the time you purchase for the first time. For this service you need the leave your product in one of the branches hear by you. The product you self for adding hair will be sent to our Maintenance department in our factory for re filling where following thing will be done

Basic cleaning : General cleaning will be done with chemical to make the hair unit hygienic. Our especial chemical makes your unit, bacteria, fungus free.

Inspection Department :   In the inspection department the hair will be handle carefully by the department InCharge who have more than 2 decades experienced in the same field.  After thoroughly inspect of the hair unit then, it will be sent the Hair Blending department.

Blending Department : Here exact matching of the hair will be blending according to the remaining hair in the Hair unit. They thoroughly check the hair color of the remaining hair in the unit and check if it need re coloring or not. Then tentative amount of the hair with same color matching with the hair unit is prepared and send it to Knotting department

Knotting department : Here the knotting on the hair lost area begins under experienced supervisor. Time might consume as per the lost hair from the hair unit As knotting hair in the hair unit is totally hand work and minute work so it needs more time than someone assumption. Basically, this job is much more than hair counting job. When the job is done then hair unit will be send to Inspection department again.

Inspection Department : Here the Factory InCharge will thoroughly check the added hair and its knotting pattern, hair color density etc when if factory in charge is fully satisfied then hair unit will be forward to curling and finishing department otherwise return back to concern department for correction.

Coloring Department : Here the hair unit, especially hair color is thoroughly check if the all the hair color is similar or not, ignored the hi-light color or different color pattern design in the hair unit. If necessary they re color it and if not then they forward to curling and finishing department.

Curling and Finishing Department :  In this department they check the order form which pattern of curl or straight pattern is requested from concern hairhotel, either they need temporary curl or permanent . Then they preform according and finally  then add softness and shinning in the hair which last as least for  30-40 washes  

Quality controlling department : Here final quality control is check in every manner. When finds everything ok then this department forward to the shipping department, if any error is seen then they will re send to the concern department for re doing the job

Shipping department :  Shipping department first check if the hair unit is from domestic outlet or from international dealers, they shipped according with the shipping agent.
